Below is the registration form for the FALL 2010 session. The semester will be ten weeks long beginning the week of September 13, 2010. The last classes will occur the week of November 15, 2010. PLEASE NOTE that we have changed our Bethlehem location to The First Presbyterian Church on Center Street. Miss Danielle will be teaching classes at this location on Wednesday and Thursday mornings at 9:30 and 10:30 AM.
FALL TUITION SCHEDULE:
First Child - $170
First Sibling Fee - $110
Second Sibling Fee - $50
New Family Registration Fee (one-time only) - $15
NOTE: All siblings eight months and younger are FREE of charge. If you are only registering one child and he or she is eight months or younger, the regular fees shown above will apply.
The tuition fee includes 2 identical CDs of the current song collection, a corresponding songbook, ten fun-filled classes (and two make-up sessions for missed weeks), and activity suggestions for parents. No refunds after class has started, unless extenuating circumstances arise.
ONLINE CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS NOW ACCEPTED! Great news! We are now able to accept credit card payments online. You can pay with your card at the time of REGISTRATION. There will be a $3 processing fee associated with all online payments. After you complete your registration form, just click the PAY NOW button at the bottom of the screen. You will be given several payment amounts from which you can choose to pay. Look at the description associated with each amount to determine which category relates to you and your family. This will depend if you're a new family or a returning family and how many children you are registering for the class. The new family fees have the $15 new family registration fee included in the price. Please note that all of the fees include the $3 processing fee.
If you prefer to mail a check for payment, please choose the PAY LATER button. Your registration page will show a payment due that is $3 greater than your actual amount due because it is an automatic fee applied in the system for credit card payments. Please subtract $3 from this amount to find out how much you actually owe. At that time, please make a check payable for the correct amount to Valley Music Together® and mail it to the following address:

REFER A FRIEND! We are excited to announce a new feature we've added to our business to help us get the word out about Music Together in the Lehigh Valley and to help you save some money on your ten-week tuition price. For every friend you refer to one of our classes, we will give you a $10 discount off of the fee for a future semester. All you have to do is tell your friend to go online to register for a class and note in the COMMENT section that he/she was referred to us by YOU! We will then be sure to give you a coupon code to apply to your future tuition. Please note that there will be a LIMIT of 3 FRIEND REFERRALS for a total possible discount of $30.
NOTE: After you finish submitting your online registration form, please be sure that you see a screen that says 'Thank you for your registration.' Also, you should receive an automatic email with payment instructions. If you do not get both of these messages, then your registration was not submitted to us. CLASS SIZE:
The maximum number of children in a class is ten, and two infants eight months old and younger. The maximum number of children was twelve in the past but it has been reduced to ten to improve the quality of the Music Together experience for all of our families. For this reason, it is very important to choose a second choice when registering for a class. Also, if a class has to be canceled due to unforeseen circumstances and/or low enrollment, all families in the class will be placed in another class that has open spots. We will issue a full refund to families that are unable to attend another class due to scheduling conflicts.
